La medición oficial de la calidad del servicio postal es realizada por Spectos y su panel Mailagentes. El objetivo de nuestro estudio es mejorar el servicio de Correos a los hogares, las empresas y las comunidades. Para ello, realizamos envíos de prueba. Éstos nos ayudan a registrar y monitorear el proceso de un envío desde el remitente hasta el destinatario.
Estos son los Términos y Condiciones entre tú y mailagent.es – un servicio de Spectos GmbH, C/ Maudes 51, piso 8, 28003 Madrid, España como operador de la plataforma del panel.
Es posible que tengamos que modificar los Términos y Condiciones, en cuyo caso se te notificará en el momento oportuno. Si no estás de acuerdo con las Condiciones Generales modificadas, puedes presentar tu desacuerdo en un plazo de dos semanas a partir de la recepción de dichos cambios. Si no tenemos noticias tuyas en esas dos semanas, concluiremos que estás de acuerdo con los Términos y Condiciones.
Ten en cuenta que tu participación en nuestro estudio es voluntaria y puedes retirarte en cualquier momento con un preaviso de al menos tres semanas.
Para ser aceptado como panelista, deberás responder a una serie de preguntas. Una vez contestadas, se te notificará si cumples los requisitos para participar en nuestros estudios. Los participantes que cumplan los requisitos recibirán el enlace al formulario de inscripción. Asegúrate de cumplimentar todas las secciones, rellénalo por completo y haz clic en “Enviar”. Con esto se completa el proceso de registro.
Tu cuenta es personal. No compartas los datos con otras personas.
Como panelista registrado con éxito, te invitaremos a participar en nuestros estudios según vaya surgiendo la necesidad. Nosotros determinaremos en qué estudios puedes participar. Para algunos estudios, deberás completar una formación inicial antes de participar.
Se te asignarán tareas como parte de los estudios. Cuando completes las tareas, sigue nuestras directrices y se honesto y preciso en la información que proporciones. Si te retrasas en la realización de la tarea, háznoslo saber. Recibirás recompensas por tu participación. Éstas dependerán de que completes las tareas acordadas. Los detalles de las recompensas se te explicarán cada vez que se te invite a participar en unestudio. Si decides participar en el estudio, supondremos que acepta la recompensa. Cuando finalice tu participación en el estudio, dejarás de recibir las recompensas asociadas a dicho estudio
Para algunas tareas, es posible que recibas los nombres y direcciones de otros panelistas, y otros panelistas recibirán tu nombre y dirección en sobres previamente preparados. Debes tratar esta información como confidencial. No compartas estos datos y deshazte de ellos de forma segura una vez finalizada la tarea.
Puedes poner fin a tu participación en nuestro panel mediante un escrito en cualquier momento. Si actualmente estás participando en un estudio, te pedimos que completes todas las tareas pendientes que se te hayan asignado. Debido a los plazos de preparación de las cartas de prueba, podría haber un retraso de hasta dos semanas en la recepción de las cartas de prueba en paquetes de prueba o individualmente. Como panelista emisor, receptor, o emisor y receptor, y mediante la aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones, te comprometes a continuar con todas las tareas hasta 14 días después del aviso de finalización.
Spectos podrá poner fin a tu participación inmediatamente en cualquiera de las siguientes circunstancias:
Sólo seremos responsables en caso de dolo y negligencia grave. En caso de daños causados por confianza, nuestra responsabilidad se limitará a los daños previsibles y típicos del contrato. La exclusión de responsabilidad no será aplicable en caso de daños corporales, vitales y para la salud.
